Ickle jacket

Posted: October 29, 2010 in Knitting & crochet

Nothing else ready and photographed, so here’s again some more knitted stuff. This little jacket is really nifty. It’s knitted in one piece, from side to side using shortened rows. That’s my kind of knitting, no sewing in the end. Here‘s the pattern.

But then, on the upside, this model is the ideal woman… she can’t speak! πŸ™‚

Oh I do hope this blog isn’t a hot-bed of feminism!

  2. Sari says:

Yes, I know, ideal in the way that she’s also not listening to a word you say πŸ™‚

You know, this model reminds me of Matrix. Remember in the first one where Neo is just arrested and agent Smith suggests he should co-operate? Neo says ‘How about if I give you the finger and you give me my phone call’, and then his mouth disappears and agent Smith goes ‘what good is a phone call if you are unable to speak’?

Why is it that I can remember all that kind of stuff, but I can never remember to pay the electricity bill in time?

  3. Ronald says:

    Erm, no… I don’t remember?

You telling me to stop commenting?

  4. Sari says:

No, that’s not what I’m saying at all. I just thought it was a funny story and reminded me of those mouthless ‘models’.

  5. Ronald says:

I took the “not listening” comment seriously πŸ™‚ Well, you have to admit, I’m rather out of my depth on your Arty Crafty blog!

  6. Sari says:

    Yes, I thought you did.
